I am running for election as a clergy delegate from the Rocky Mountain Conference to the 2012 United Methodist General Conference in Tampa, FL. I am not a member of any caucus group, nor do I have a single issue that defines my candidacy. I am running because the time is right for effective clergy and laity from local churches to call for a refocus of the denomination's energy toward the local church, which is the best place for making disciples.
